AnswerGap analyzes how AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) respond to questions related to your business, scans your website's technical AI-readiness, and produces reports with recommendations. You may only scan websites you own or are authorized to analyze.
AI assistants are probabilistic — the same question can produce different answers at different times. Our reports are an accurate snapshot of what we observed at scan time, not a guarantee of what any AI will say in the future. Recommendations are best-practice guidance; we can't guarantee specific visibility outcomes, rankings, or revenue.
Reports are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Refund policy: if your report wasn't useful to you, email us within 14 days for a full refund — keep the report. Subscriptions (e.g., monitoring) can be cancelled anytime and stop at the end of the billing period.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
