What we collect

Website URLs you submit — to run the scan you asked for.
Your email address — only if you enter it, to send your score or report.
Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Basic usage data — standard server logs (IP, time, pages) to keep the service secure.

What we do with it

We use your data to deliver scans and reports, send the emails you requested, and improve the product. We may send occasional product emails; every one has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your data, ever.

Third-party processors

To produce your report we send your website URL (never your email) to AI providers via their official APIs: OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and Perplexity. Payments are processed by Stripe, emails by Resend, and hosting/data storage by Cloudflare.

Data retention & deletion

Scan results are kept so you can revisit your report. Want anything deleted — your email, scans, everything? Write to hello@answergap.ai and we'll delete it within 30 days.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly functional (e.g., Cloudflare security).
